Biography of Kranti Kumar Gupta
Born on 09th August 1942 in a remote village Kalyanpur, Patna, Bihar. Matriculated from Shri Ganesh higher secondary school, Bukhtiarpur Patna. Did his graduation from BN College and MA in English and M.Ed. from Patna University.
Later on he did his MA in Hindi from Ranchi University. He started his career as an English teacher from Ram Krishna Mission Deoghar, Jharkhand. He had the opportunity to work in Nand Higher Secondary School (Sugauli), Mahadev Higher Secondary School (Khushrupur), Patna and Raja Ram Mohan Rai Seminary (Patna) as English Teacher.
Finally he joined Atomic Energy Central School Jaduguda, near Jamshedpur as PGT English. He worked as Vice Principal in Narora, UP and Rawatbhata, Rajasthan. After his elevation to the post of Principal he had the opportunity to serve Atomic Energy Central Schools in Rawatbhata, Kakrapara, Narora, Tarapur. Finally he retired from AEC schools, Tarapur as Principal and Regional Academic Head.
In course of his stay as Principal he had the opportunity to be the Course Director of New Education Policy in AEC schools in Rawatbhata and Tarapur. He was made subject expert of different committees for recruiting teachers several times at different centres.
He is the writer of “Tips for English grammar” and several articles on education published by NCERT (National Council for Education and Research Training, New Delhi), The School Age Magazine (Guwahati), PTA (New Delhi), Sanskaram Magazine (New Delhi), Mentor Magazine (Bangalore) and different Newspapers like Telegraph, Times of India, Hindustan Times, and Rajasthan Patrika. He had the opportunity to address two international seminars – (a) International Seminar on Teacher Education on Peace and Harmony conducted in New Delhi by IASE (Deemed University Gandhi Vidyamandir, Rajasthan); (b) 4th International Conference hosted by Mentor (Bangalore) at Hyderabad.
To cap it all he has been giving lectures on Positive Parenting for Parents, Effective Teaching for Teachers, Effective Counselling for Students, and Effective Counselling for Hostellers all over the country.

His Father Late R.P. Lal (Triple M.A. Dip. in Edn.) Retired Principal (Sri Ganesh Higher Secondary School, Bukhtiarpur, Patna) who taught him the grammar of English, and his beloved mother Late Sabuj Devi (Housewife) who taught him the grammar of life & his wife Late Malti Gupta (Housewife) without whose assistance and insistence nothing Could have been possible.
